R2 Ball End Mill Brass Cutting
After rough cutting with a standard rotary tool (GSC1310), finish cutting was performed with a Nakanishi high-speed motor spindle (BMF-3160-CTZ). 60,000 min⁻¹ maximum speed can be realized by upgrading the Cincom's standard rotary tool and increasing speed spindle to an electric system. In comparison with the standard rotary tool, the feed rate is 10 times faster.

Motor spindle for machining by using a drill with an
oil hole to discharge coolant from the tool tip. It has
various advantages in deep hole drilling on CNC

[A] Load monitor LED
Load meter enables setting of optimum cutting conditions.

[B] Wide speed range
The controllable speed ranges from 1,000 to 80,000 min-1,
while the 3-digit display allows speed setting in units of 200 min-1.
[C] Improved installation flexibility with interchangeable operation panel.
The panel can be changed vertically, horizontally, or on
the back, taking into consideration the installation space
and the direction of the cord wiring.
[Other functions]
・Display function of motor current value: Motor load status, prevents excessive tightening when mounting the spindles to machines.
・Air pressure display function: Allows confirmation of air pressure supplied to the controller.
・Key hold function: Disables button operation on the operation panel.

[D] Two motors can be connected to provide individual control of each motor.
[E] External control function
The controller can be controlled externally by using external devices such as sequence control.
In addition, the operating status can be monitored by an external device via a monitor output.
