・Automated deburring (manual work → robot automation)
By combining a robot and a motor spindle, deburring of aluminium die cast parts can be automated.
・Automated tool changing
Multiple tools can be used with the air quick change spindle, enabling automated tool changing.
・Effective use of transfer time
The robot can transfer aluminium die cast parts and apply them to a fixed motor spindle during the transfer process, enabling deburring process.
・Float force (cutting tool pressing force) can be freely adjusted.
The air floating mechanism absorbs unmeasured sections of the workpiece on the X-, Y- and Z-axes, allowing deburring while changing the air pressure for individual sections of burrs of different sizes on the workpiece.
・Visualisation of rotating speed and load factor
The load factor of the motor spindle can be visualised (can be checked on a PC, etc.) and it supports preventive maintenance.
