Here are the contents of our exhibits.

 6 axis robot × Automatic tool change spindle × Air floating spindle

Automated deburring by combining a 7 kg payload 6-axis robot and a motor spindle using two patterns of deburring methods, spindle clamping and workpiece clamping.
By clamping the motor spindle, multiple tools can be used with the air quick change spindle. It allows automatic tool change.
By clamping the workpiece, a fixed motor spindle can be applied to the workpiece and deburred in the middle of the transfer, making use of the transfer time.

By equipping the deburring system with a Nakanishi high-speed motor spindle, the feed speed can be increased by 4 times and the machining time reduced by 76%.
Nakanishi high-speed motor spindle dramatically icreases poductivity.

▼This is a revolution in small-diameter deep hole drilling

Significantly reduces machining time from 4.5 hours (45 seconds per hole) to 8 minutes (1.3 seconds per hole).
Coolant through spindle enables no peck drilling by promoting chip evacuation with coolant discharged from the tool tip.
It can reduce processing time tremendously.

Deburring the outer circumference and deburring the pin hole using a brush can automate by one robot.
