What is the warranty on Nakanishi products?
Our products have a limited warranty. We will replace or repair the products free of charge under the following conditions:
- If there is a manufacturing defect.
- If there is a shortage of contents.
- If the product is damaged when the package is opened. This does not apply if the damage was caused by the customer’s negligence.
